As summer settles in, we’re feeling inspired by our recent project in Kaiya Beach, Santa Rosa, Florida—a coastal escape filled with light, texture, and timeless tranquility.

The warm weather has officially arrived in Dallas, and here at Angeline Guido Design, we’re embracing all the sunny vibes!
Whether you’re heading to the coast or simply dreaming of one, this project reminds us how good it feels to bring a bit of the beach into everyday living. Here are some of our favorite design elements from this serene seaside home:
Layered Neutrals & Natural Textures
From driftwood-toned floors to creamy linen upholstery, we leaned into a soft, organic palette that reflects the surrounding dunes and sky. Woven baskets, jute rugs, and rustic ceramics add tactile warmth and casual elegance throughout.
Earthy Accents
Handmade planters and sculptural greenery ground the interiors, blurring the line between indoor and out. These elements echo the natural landscape of the Florida coast while adding dimension and personality to each space.
Collected, Not Cluttered
Our custom-styled bookcases were filled with muted tones, meaningful objects, and artful books. It’s a reminder that the best styling feels intentional, yet relaxed—like a beach breeze through your living room.
Outdoor Living, Elevated
The hanging daybed on the porch is more than a place to lounge—it’s a mood. Paired with sleek outdoor furniture and soft aqua cushions custom made from performance fabrics, it’s the perfect spot to soak up the view and let time slow down.

Every piece of art in the Kaiya home was chosen to evoke calm—think abstract seascapes, tonal layers, and minimal compositions that whisper instead of shout.
